CHALLENGE

A premier private Business School in California was struggling to keep up with the high number of inbound leads being generated from their marketing efforts. Due to staffing shortages, they weren’t able to nurture and follow up with these leads who had requested more information. As a result, many qualified candidates never took the next step to attend their admission events or recruiter meetings.

SOLUTION

Wigler Group placed a highly qualified Business Development Specialist (20+ years experience) to speak with the interested candidates and guide them toward the right programs, leading to hundreds of webinar registrations and recruiter meetings.

RESULTS

Since partnering with Wigler Group the Business School’s overall event registrations have increased across all programs. As an example, over the past 6 months, they’ve registered 2153 students for webinars, a 79% increase YOY. Generating an attendance rate of 874 (an increase of 71% YOY). Prior to Wigler Group, they registered 440 students over the same time period.
